There's no hiding the obvious similarities between the appearance of War Tiler and Clash Royale, although the game play is completely different. Here you get to take part in PvP turned-based combats upon a board, where you need to get rid of your rival's counters.
You can move horizontally or vertically across the board, your counter coming to a halt when it runs into an obstacle, and you can attack adjacent pieces belonging to your opponent when they reach this position. Each character has a special set of skills and life points, therefore your success will depend on your strategic capacity in forming your deck of cards and how your use them.
As per usual with regard to the Supercell games, each victory earns you points and chests in which you can find new cards that enable you to unlock more characters or make the ones you have more powerful. Besides matchmaking you can participate in free fights, join clans and then take part in special tournaments.
War Tiler is a very entertaining game which follows the progression of the title it is based on, while the gameplay is exchanged completely to become more contemplative and slow-paced.
